Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item.

International Returns

For international orders, the return process is similar to domestic returns. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
